Welcome to M/s NEW KIDZ. We are the garment manufacturer Group of M/ s KIDS IMPEX companies whose presence spans more than two decades in the textile industry. We are engaged in the production and export ready to wear garments, and cater to the needs of ready to cut fabric. Our manufacturing process has been semi-vertically integrated to facilitate all the operations involved in garment manufacturing under one roof using state – of – the – art machineries spread across the locations consisting Knitting, printing, embroidery and garmenting divisions making as a totally integrated manufacturer from yarn to fashion.
Our comprehensive semi-vertically integrated infrastructure is the backbone of our operations, enabling streamlined process from knitting, fabric to packing. The strategic location at Tirupur (South India), the hub of knitwear manufacturer, gives M/S NEW KIDZ the leverage to access the best of resource to manufacture the best of the products. All these are designed by expert craftsmen, who through the blend of techniques and creativity manufacture unique pieces. Owing to their sincere efforts, our garments excel in style, appeal and comfort. We also strive to custom design each of the garments, as per the specification laid by the customers. Integrated facility
In order to leverage our expertise in this arena, we established a 100% in-house integrated production facility comprising Knitting, Garmenting, printing and embroidery. This gives us unique advantages in terms of quality control, better turnaround time and more efficient processes.
Product range:
We manufacture a comprehensive range of Ladies wear, Boyes wear, Girls wear, Night wear and this has proved to be a singular strength.
The specialization in the range of fabrics that few in the industry can match is an advantage that M/s NEW KIDS offers. We manufacture garments using cotton, cotton/spandex, spun viscose, spun viscose/spandex, Modal/spandex and Modal.
Knitting
Our knitting division has the expertise to produce all types of cotton knitted fabrics, with or without spandex. Enabling the ease of our knitting process, is a range of advanced machinery that includes circular and Open width knitting machines from Mayer & Cie. Catering to the needs of dyed / finished fabric, we produce the following variety of knitted fabrics.
Single Jersey Fabric
Plain Jersey, Loop Knit, Spandex fabric in plain jersey, Plain modal, Plain spun Viscose, Modal with spandex, spun viscose with spandex.
Interlock and Rib Fabric
Plain Rib, Derby Plain Rib, single spandex Rib, Double Needle spandex, Plain Interlock, Interlock Drop, Interlock Design, Interlock Spandex.
Cutting
Our garment production line starts with the meticulous process of cutting. A combination of master craftsmen and advanced cutting systems ensures that the fabric is cut to perfection
Sewing
Technically superior sewing machinery finds pride of place in our stitching division. Backed by the dexterity of skilled personnel, several types of sewing techniques are made possible.
Checking
Under the watchful eye of the quality control supervisors, the garments are checked and ensured that there are no defects. They are also passed by final checkers to ensure the quality.
Ironing
Once checked, the products are steam-ironed so as to make them creaseless and ready for the final stage.
Packing
We have customized packing techniques to comply with our customer’s specification. In-house stuffing is done and the garments are ready to be dispatched to the clients end.
